I really wanted to like this book

I really wanted to like this book, I love a good why choose/college/bully romance. This book for me though never quite got all the pieces to come together that wasn't either completely predictable or just lacking that spark.

My bigger issue was with the narrators. This was my first time listening to these particular narrators, while they had good moments, for me the voices (including the male to female and female to male) voice moments were really hard to take. It was all just lacking the magic and sparks that I've gotten out of other audio books by other

The story itself was ok (it ends on a cliff hanger) I'm guessing there is a book 2 but as nosy as I am (always wanting to know what's up) I will not be continuing this collection. It's just not worth it in my opinion.

I'm sure there are many others who did enjoy the book. It just wasn't for me.

Horrible male narrator!!

Sadly this would have been much better if not for the male narrator. Absolutely no feeling or passion in his tone. Very dull sounding, that ruined it for me.

This was a hard listen, only due to the subject matter but it was done so well it just sucks you into Vanessa's world.

I am a fan of Claire Thompson's books. This one I felt was only ok. I feel alot of that had to do with the narration. I did not enjoy this narrator at all, at least not for this material. she had little to no emotion and was to cold sounding for me to ever feel excitement for the characters or the story.

I loved this book so much...it has a nice slow burn to it that as it picks up speed you better buckle up!!! I thought I knew where it was jeading and boy I was wrong...but LOVED where it went!!! the sound effects added a great touch to it as well, really hekped set the tone.
