These are the worste most depressing stories I've listened to. Basically nothing but family members dying and the bad guys winning. I'll take my credit back. terribly disappointed.

this book is extremely long and boring. for some strange reason they feel the need to keep bouncing back and fourth between a female character that's like listening to the thoughts of a teenage girl . Ridiculously boring and long. then they neutered the male character so he's afraid to fight now. like you couldn't destroy a good series more if you tried. they need to get rid of the female narrator. She's terrible. So is the female character. both are terribly boring. how far this series has fallen since the first book "way of kings".

The first half of the book basically talked about outsourcing and delegating core competency tasks to others, setting up team members. Not terribly interrested in building a team at this stage. Maybe down the road....

The last half really resonated with me. Basically its possible to become a top listing agent by only prospecting a couple hours a day, then spending another hour on follow up and/or closing listing appointments. I do know several agents tgat have done eactly that. They prospect four days a week for 2 hours a day, set 5-6 appts. And take 2-3 listngs per week. Absolutely insane production for only prospecting two hours, four days a week. For me, that's the goal. Work monday - Friday, set four appointments, go on 3, take 2. That's 100 deals a year, not including buyer deals tgat come from all those listings. (I'll refer out tge buyers.).

This guy's book is literally a cut and copy of a handful of other authors that actually had original ideas. Like Dan Kennedy and zig ziggler. Even the title of the book was a not so subtle attempt to highjack the massive base of followers of Grant Cardone. The amount of original though from this guy probably would fill two paragraphs. 👆

As an agent in my first 5 years I'm not remotely interested in the Authors biography or obsession with how cool he is for working his way into the luxury market. The author spent half of everything he made cranking up credit cards and spending money like a broke ass proffesional athlete. You know, the kind that makes 5 million a year then spends 6 million a year? This guy had the same mentality. It's not how much you hit in volume, it's how much you net, then put to work in investments, so you're still not having to go on listing appointments 30 years later. Not interested in spending 80% of my income on marketing so I can brag about how much volume I did or how many units I sold. I'm interested in creating financial freedom, so I don't have to continue being a realtor for 30 years like the author did... 👆

Basically the author states everything in your life is nothing but a hologram. it's not real. You're creating this "hologram" with your mind. Then goes on to attempt to rationalize why he still needs to brush his teeth, even though his teeth aren't real and neither is the toothbrush. this is just one of dozens of contradictions the author makes. He comes off as either insane or a con artist. one or the other.

Really annoyed Demarco used this "storytelling" format to groom and recruit people to veganism through typical Vegan phylosophy, which is based on extremist animal activists that attempt to guilt meat eaters into veganism by attempting to manipulate their emotions. needless to say it greatly detracted from the value and listenabilty of an otherwise decent business book.

seems like a nice fella, but he's literally regurgitating the exact same stuff as every other motivational speaker without the least variation. He's synthesized everything he talks about, and does it in the that weird "trained public speaking voice" that doesn't even sound authentic.

Author spends most of the book trying to convince you the tiger is a mythical creature that thinks like a gangster. Also makes unprovable claims about tigers killing adult Brown bears. He must not have seen the you tube video of a full grown tiger attacking a little sun bear and failing to kill it, getting totally exausted, getting it's ass handed to it by the little bear, then finally after a 10 minute fight, running for it's life. that was from a 250lbs. Sun bear. and the author believes the tiger can and does regularly kill full grown 1000 lb. Brown bears??? lost all credibility after that.
