Even though her father was a cop, Kate has zero crime fighting aspirations. She has enough trouble keeping her struggling yoga business afloat while trying to live up to yoga's Zen-like expectations.

This was an enjoyable book to listen to. The two main female characters were fun girls, and amateur sleuths who got up to all sorts of adventures and found themselves in all sorts of scrapes.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
The ending was very good, and I didn't guess who the murderer was!
Which scene was your favorite?
I wouldn't say I had any favorite scene. It was an enjoyable book throughout.
Was Death by Diploma worth the listening time?
Death by Diploma was definitely worth the listening time. It was a light hearted crime caper that was easy listening.

Historia
In 1968, a couple of KGB agents in Germany wanted to defect. Too bad for them that the CIA and the US Army wanted no part of this action. A group of US soldiers decided to facilitate these defections without any official coordination. What could possibly go wrong? More things than you can probably imagine.

Military Mystery
Revisado: 12-12-16
What would have made Dead by Christmas better?
It's hard to know what would have made Dead by Christmas better, as it wasn't a bad book as such, it just came across as confusing for me, as I know nothing about the military and i'm not very interested in military history or anything to do with the military or cold wars etc.
Has Dead by Christmas turned you off from other books in this genre?
I won't be reading any more military themed books, because they don't interest me.
Which character – as performed by Bob Johnson – was your favorite?
I didn't have a favorite character, no-one stood out to me.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
The narration was good. Bob Johnson has a pleasant voice, easy to listen to on audio.

Shocking Psychological Thriller
Revisado: 12-02-16
Where does White Is the Coldest Colour rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This is the best audiobook i've listened to so far. I really got into this story, it really moved me. It was shocking book, about horrific crimes .
The narrator Jake Urry had the most wonderful voice. I would pay him to read my shopping list to me every day!
What did you like best about this story?
I got very involved in this story. Even while listening to it while walking around my local park with my dog, I found myself calling out to the characters. Luckily only my dog was nearby and he thinks i'm a bit unhinged anyway!
Which scene was your favorite?
The final scenes were the best. The tension was very high. My emotions were also running high, and lets just say my eyes were damp.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
This book started off with a very difficult scene to listen to and I had to return to it the next day, but once I got over those first scenes I really got into this book and thought about it a lot when I wasn't listening to it. I could easily have listened to it in one sitting if that had been possible for me. It was a deeply moving book.

The colored lights on the snow gave it a holiday appearance, but the dead woman's body in the yard added a grisly touch. How did Ina Bell Patrick die? Who killed her? And why? The dead woman had no direct heirs, so two nephews and a niece stood to inherit. Dr. Laura Morris was left to make all the arrangements, attorney Roger Morris could certainly use the money, and Zack Morris had disappeared two years earlier.
