This book is fantastic, it has in depth explanation of what mindfulness is all about as well as many exercises to practice meaningful thought process. Highly recommended.

Awful, just awful, no substance

This audio book is just plain awful, it has no substance or meaningful content. It's first and last chapter consist of a brief intro and a copyright notice. The middle part is mostly binaural beat with a brief voice over in the beginning that is simply to short for any meaningful guided meditation.
