Fantastic introduction

The book was great! When i first started i couldn’t stop listening, and i think the narrator did a wonderful job (tho i might be a bit biased as ive listened to him do stuff before). I will say the cover (or picture i guess) doesn’t really capture the vibe of the book, but it doesn’t really matter cuz, as i said, it’s really good.

I’m not used to my stories in podcast form… But I love this one.

This is a fantastic story. The main character is a very basic moody protagonist, but the characters around him play off that perfectly (mainly liam (or however you spell it)). The fighting is very engaging and, again, the story is all around very good.

This is one of my favorite audible books I’ve listened to. It has just the right mix of funny and action, not to mention the narrator(s) are amazing (the voice of princess donut took me a bit to get used to, but i think it’s perfect for her character and really makes her feel alive).

Very good book

The magic system isn’t just a card game like magic the gathering (which is what i thought and kind of turned me away from it (yes I’m stupid)). The story is fantastic and most fights consist a clever uses of magic. The world building is very good. Lastly luke daniels did a very good book voicing narrating; making it funny and engaging (occasionally he would use a voice for a character that I didn’t really like, but i quickly got used to it and it ended up kind of giving those characters even more depth).
