Historia
From New York Times best-selling author Stephen Graham Jones comes a novel that is equal parts psychological horror and cutting social commentary on identity politics and the American-Indian experience. Fans of Jordan Peele and Tommy Orange will love this story as it follows the lives of four American-Indian men and their families, all haunted by a disturbing, deadly event that took place in their youth. Years later, they find themselves tracked by an entity bent on revenge, totally helpless as the culture and traditions they left behind catch up to them in a vengeful way.

It could have been amazing
Revisado: 04-01-21
Part 1: Creepy and engaging
Part 2 Kinda boring and you don't really like the characters
Part 3 Decent Ending, but far from the energy of the first part of the book
Narrator was great though

So it's a shorter story but very heavy. not a happy go lucky story. Very real and raw. I enjoyed it enough but probably won't be a repeat listen

Not the best or the worst.
Revisado: 01-07-21
Hard Crime novels are often hit or miss. This will slightly entertain you for a few hours but don't expect anything groundbreaking. The ending to me was very "meh" but that's my own opinion.

Great Story, so so narrator
Revisado: 01-05-21
A truly spellbinding story that will have you hooked before you know it. The narrator, however, chose a very annoying tone to use as the main male character. I'm sure most folk will find it fine, but I just couldn't. Still a great use of a credit
