Great book from start to end

Always been a big fan of Coco and I heard Theo mention this book recently and I downloaded it right away. There could not have been another narrator to serve this book justice. Great job Joey loved the book. I laughed, I winced, I even had jaw drops. Highly suggest this book.

By the end of this book I was clapping in the truck by myself. As a practicer of Buddhism she is great for the breakdowns to introduction to Buddhism. Tina is shared a great experience which inspired me more in my studies. It also made me go back and listen to her discography.

I saw Joe Rogan post this book on Instagram and I immediately swooped in on the search. Found the book and saw the cover and I really expected a hardcore motivational type book. WRONG. This book is a story. They do give you some challenges but it is only a small part of a big story. This is a book for people who stay in their own head living with a lot of excuses and letting those enable you from reaching your full potential. This book is not to get you motivated, it’s more to enlighten and help you be accountable. Highly recommend if you are trying to loose weight and also if you are trying to get over failure.
