This book sheds light on timing your tasks to maximize your productivity.

I have read many self-help books, and unlike them which ask you to do this and that for productivity, and they are often impractical, this book uses science and author’s self-experiment results to prove to you why his methods work, with the how and why we should start fixing our sleep, exercise and eating routines.

Cutting off unimportant words/sentences, the book is compact with only useful and necessary information. You don’t see any filler sentences in the book. It subtly shows that the author respects my (our) time. Reading this book is my best time-spent.

I should have listened to this audiobook long ago...I now feel more alive than I ever be

All this while, how can I overlook the foundation of productivity that everybody can control. Thanks for opening up my eyes and writing this out for the world.
