Any additional comments?
Valuable info, but verbose
The author provides some valuable information, and practices throughout the book. However, I found it to a bit verbose, and at times it feels a bit repetitive. I feel like this book could be a couple of chapters at max. Still good, but I think it could be a bit more concise.

Not bad...
Revisado: 06-27-17
The information contained in this book provides high level techniques for dealing with anxiety/stress/depression. It's a decent first read, or place to start. However, if you are looking for more solid information, I wouldn't recommend this book for a more experienced reader on the subject.
