Historia
Intuition is the ability to understand something instantly, without the need for conscious reasoning. The dictionary lists these synonyms: hunch, foreknowledge, inspiration, perceptivity, premonition, presentiment, gut feeling, innate knowledge, insight. It also lists the following synonyms, although these are actually different than intuition: clairvoyance, second sight, sixth sense, discernment, gut feeling, and instinct.

This book is good book for 70's community building
Revisado: 02-11-13
Would you try another book from Clifton Lambreth and Jim Mudd and/or the narrators?
After reading some Dan Pink, Seth Godin
What could Clifton Lambreth and Jim Mudd have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
There is not to much to change in their work. They produced a good product, a teaching tool about advertising. The book is a little USA culture positive circa 1960's. The idea of team building, community building, selection of good worker contributes with mentality and ability to adapt. It is the idea of the corporations supportive individual development.
What does the narrators bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He was energetic, and spoke clearly. All performers are done well, or adequately. I have to say I the quality level narration talent in Audible.com common market space is very high, with many, many talented individual, and talented producers. The audible performances is so good regularly that I am somewhat accustomed to getting great narration performance most times.
Did The Ad Man inspire you to do anything?
Yes, read other authors. I also appreciate many recent writers on the subject stand on these authors work in the space.

I believe the short sory is hard to do.
Revisado: 02-11-13
If you could sum up The B-Team in three words, what would they be?
I enjoyed the story. I am appreciative John Scalzi's skill to tell a story, screen play, or to help make theater in my mind with written words. I am looking for and reading the stuff he done. I think author is adept writing for television, theater, or movie script story production. Characters are developed but there is a common culture, and era of time of current popular culture. I think tis is something that older readers will discern.
The narration is excellent and performs great. The narration performance is as much the story as the written material. Not everybody gets excellent evaluation from me. However, it does seem so at times. I believe the level of pnarration performance talent out here is high in the common market of narration performers.
I await the science fiction next production from Mr. Scalzi. I will read collections of even shorter stories he has recently appears.
What did you like best about this story?
Not a short story.
Have you listened to any of William Dufris’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
None I recall..
I am seeking to experience more.

Historia
Victorian romance mixes seamlessly with elegant prose and biting wit—and werewolves—in Gail Carriger’s delightful debut novel. Soulless introduces Alexia Tarabotti, a parasol-wielding Londoner getting dangerously close to spinster status. But there are more important things than finding a husband. For Alexia was born without a soul, giving her the ability to render any vampire or werewolf completely powerless.

Good book. Moved to buy from the movie...
Revisado: 09-17-12
Would you consider the audio edition of Catching Fire to be better than the print version?
Interesting story. I didn't listen or read the story the first book; I viewed the DVD movie. I was surprises by the story's great acting. and the timeliness of this story. Maybe more appropriately steady content of the story. It is science fiction in great tradition of the form. Social commentaries relevant today are very pointed. Statement of the ways control and people organize themselves is great. No a book for change at all. However the book was entertaining. I will try other work from Ms. Collins. It is entertaining reading, theatrical listening.
Have you listened to any of Carolyn McCormick’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No, but I will.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
The story continues...
Any additional comments?
Not sure I would see the movie. reading and the listening always makes a better picture when the author and the actors present for me. Movies are great, but I am not as impressed by good movies as I am by good books. Part of this situation is my own education and knowledge of art forms. We are taught to write, and read. I appreciate the mechanics of writing and theatrical reading when I experience it differently than the visual movie experience. I have lot less deeper understanding in mechanics of movie story composition and presentation. But like many things in life I hope learn more about movie production and presentation composition.

On November 22, 1963, three shots rang out in Dallas, President Kennedy died, and the world changed. What if you could change it back? In this brilliantly conceived tour de force, Stephen King - who has absorbed the social, political, and popular culture of his generation more imaginatively and thoroughly than any other writer - takes listeners on an incredible journey into the past and the possibility of altering it.

This is a Great Story& Great Performance too
Revisado: 02-20-12
Would you listen to 11-22-63 again? Why?
Yes, the story and the performance is enjoyable. It makes some kind of sense to choose to do enjoyable activities when one has a choice for what activity to perform.
Which scene was your favorite?
cautionary comment: the past is obdurate... the past doesn't want to be changed.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Laugh yes cry no.
Any additional comments?
I appreciate this professional writer. I believe you could teach writing. But you do have genius too. That maybe teach not so much. I'm glad you are in the world when I am.
