These 24 lectures trace a journey from Scandinavia across northern and central Europe to the farthest reaches of the Byzantine and Islamic empires, providing an exciting new look an era often simply called the "Dark Ages."

Horrible Narrator
Revisado: 04-11-23
I couldn't stand the narrator! Why they thought that was a good choice is beyond me. Story is great as always but it was hard to keep listening to the narrator. He really was awful.

Great story, Amazing narration!
Revisado: 06-10-22
I absolutely loved the story! Kept me on my toes and I had to keep listening. The narration by Kramer is amazing! Was a little confused as to why they used a different narrator for Nineve, but it was minimal so I let it go.
