"I’m going to be so happy now, just wait and see.” But I left the altar where I met Jesus and walked back into the same patterns of behavior in my life. Indeed he set me free, but it took a long journey down a lighted path before freedom became my reality. Born into abject poverty then adopted into an alcoholic family, by the time she reached 33 her life was shattered. She was alone, broke, rejected again, desperate, out of hope and done with life.

Thank you Peggy Corvin for writing your story down for a testimony of Jesus in your life. Oh how Jesus needed me to hear these things. So much of your story has a similar ring to it as mine. I listened to the audio as much as I could amidst having a very busy home of several children a husband and responsibilities. I am appreciative beyond words for this writing of truth and healing grace from the Holy Spirit. Much love sister in Christ. God bless you.
