Michael Soward’s Love “What it is, what it is not” is one of the best books that I came across. Written in plain and simple language, this book teaches us to look at love from a more spiritual and reflecting angle. The narration is ideal for the book.

Michael explains the importance of your true “presence” in the relationship and the importance of commitment in a relationship. This helped to look at my relationships in a meaningful manner, and question myself “Is this true love, or not?” even during the most challenging times. This alone changed the quality of my relationships profoundly.

I would like to recommend this book to anyone, who would like to have an eye-opening experience about love and relationships, to step out of the false conceptions, useless expectations, and to have meaningful relationships.
