Overall, I loved the book content. The narration was a bit unsettling at times because the narrator is so articulate it almost doesn't sound like normal speech. Also, the author refers to "notes" many times but I can't recall an explanation of where to find those notes. For example, in Chapter 2 when she mentioned eating the rainbow, she refers to "Notes' to help you accomplish that task. I've downloaded and reviewed the PDF, but it still isn't apparent. Also, there are a lot of footnote references (example on p. 63 are footnote references 27, 28 & 29) in the book, but I don't find the actual footnotes. Would love assistance on locating both notes in the enhancement and footnotes in the book. Thanks,
