Good book for beginners

This book is great for beginners and folks working as therapists or social workers. we are given no training in this area and I imagine someone could be diagnosed incorrectly. I appreciate lots of references to real life experience along with a great range of information on the metaphysical world. I loved that Jung was woven through the book. I am new to metaphysical ideas and a social worker, so this was right up my alley.

It was hard to stop listening to. so many wonderful stories mixed with scientific knowledge. the author did an amazing job reading her book. I will be recommending it to my family and friends.
