My favorite of the series so far. Doc pulled out that MK22 and hammered it. Real world jokes you'd only ever hear in a barracks to the action and storyline twists. Doc is a real professional and knows his TC 3-21.76.

This was an unending series of obscure pop culture references failing its attempt to capture interest. It includes whiny and cynical protagonist who never seemed to make a mistake and always had the right answers for every situation. The author attempted to push his own political agenda instead of writing a decent novel. I found myself annoyed and bored with most of the story. If you're not a fan of Prince or Pretty in Pink, you won't like this one.
The narrator was decent and attempted to capture the story.
