Really unfortunate lack of depth for even simple smut. Rape porn. Trigger warning for those with any traumatic abuse history.

Disliked the whole book, but loved the narrator's.
it was really hard to like such vapid based female characters. Very shallow character building even for smut. The whole thing made me feel dirty, as it's written about a woman that likes getting literally raped repeatedly by her unhinged stalker in graphic detail. The weirdest part, is the validation of the stalker. I am no vanilla prude, but I wouldn't even classify what happens in this book as BDSM. felt like a 1960's male perspective.

Big let down. Story grasping for straws.

Far too predictable and shallow with an odd cop out ending. I feel duped. If I hadn't spent money I couldn't get back, I'd have put the book down half way through, when it became clear the story couldn't be redeemed. Very forced plot with shallow unrealistic character building and a narrator that just really made the characters seem worse even than the writing likely intended.

I want to like this I really do, but I just can't focus on anything Jeremy is saying. He likes to hear himself talk more than he cares about the topic and it overshadows the importance and hard work behind the content their presenting us. He ruins the whole podcast for me.
