Historia
Inventor, girl genius Tinker lives in a near-future Pittsburgh which now exists mostly in the land of the elves. She runs her salvage business, pays her taxes, and tries to keep the local ambient level of magic down with gadgets of her own design. When a pack of wargs chase an Elven noble into her scrap yard, life as she knows it takes a serious detour.

Better than Wheel of Time! Hah!
Revisado: 09-26-23
I am reading this book for the 7th time. Why? I love this series with its entrancing story line and relatable, lovable characters. I’ve read the entire series multiple times. I’ve only read Harbingers 4 times as it’s the newest.
This series is amazing. Wen has an incredible ability to weave timelines back on themselves. I learn more each time I read them.
Get started now! Another book is about to come out.

Terry Brooks does it again!
Revisado: 10-11-18
Once again this great story teller takes us to a world that’s totally believable , yet completely different from our own. The characters are cast offs from that society, but so well written, that they become our temporary family. My only regret is that this appears to be a stand alone book, and not part of a series. Thank you, Terry, for taking me away from the troubles of my everyday world.

Historia
Within the last few decades, several obesity-reducing low carbohydrate diets have come to the public's attention. What few realize is that these are all the grandchildren in thought to William Banting, an undertaker who, in 1864, wrote one short book that launched the first incredibly popular diet for obesity. Banting was immortalized by having his name enter the English language as a verb. Three examples include an Irishman, Captain Boycott, whose name entered the language in the 1860s.

Benefits of Low Carb
Revisado: 10-15-15
One man's fight against obesity, told in such a way that I want to go try it right now. A good story read in a compelling voice. I will listen again.
