I’ve really enjoyed the Kingpin Series. I think book 4 is an excellent example of good storytelling with characters that you love and characters that you despise. I listened to the audiobook and I had many creative names (that I yelled out loud while listening to the book) for the lead female lead, Emory. I thought Juliette from the previous book pushed my buttons, but Emory takes the cake! I’m anxious to see what fictional character can knock Emory out of 1st Place for most despised female character in a mafia romance novel!
