One of the greatest novels of the 19th century. A brilliant performance from the narrator as well. If I could follow narrators, I'd be sure to follow this one. Would highly recommend both

An era of Star Wars rarely talked about

His writing is excellent, as is narration, but, what really draws me in, the political aspects of the Empire's early years, when some still think in Republic logic, either unable, or unwilling to adapt to the new galactic landscape, though I applaud Mon's and Bail's efforts. Will be patient for more in this trilogy which covers an era in Star Wars that doesn't get the attention it should.

While Elizabeth is the only narrator for the recording I'm familiar with, all are excellent.

Everyone in a Jon Marrs novel has something to hide, and this is no exception.

John knows how to get his readers to think, and I love it.

Adapting the novel, genius

Turning the novel into an audio drama was an excellent choice. The cast is excellent, though none of them are familiar to me. A truly immersive experience.

An epic conclusion, no doubt. Epic is the only way to describe it. Charles and Marc are at their peak here. The Nihil and the Blight are brought to a strong end.

Am loving how he's branching out into detective fiction. Holly gets more and more appealing as a character. Two different killers, with different motives, one of his strongest works yet.

A classic if ever there was one

A book I've been a fan of for years finally gets the treatment it deserves. Marc Thompson is, as always, in top form, even giving Xizor a French-sounding accent. An excellent midquel between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, full of action, and political power plays as well.

The Ryanverse gets better and better

A simple trip for an oil deal goes terribly wrong, and Jack Ryan Junior is right in the middle of it. Nice reference to Clear And Present Danger at one point. 10 out of 10 for sure. Scott as narrator is once again excellent.

Trust Issues

Caleb is definitely the star here, though all the others are excellent. Though the ending is confusing, we have an amazing storyline here. Hope to try out other audible works created by the same author. At first, I didn't care for Bill's attitute, thogh he grew on me over time.
