Great book, horrible production!
Revisado: 08-07-22
This is actually a great book. Buy the book but skip this audiobook. Either the sound engineer or the post-production engineer should be fired. Every S, the second most common consonant sound in English, is butchered. I actually regret purchasing this audiobook.

Science has figured out a lot of interesting aspects of self-discipline and willpower, but most of this knowledge is buried deep inside long, boring scientific papers. If you'd like to benefit from these studies without actually reading them, this audiobook is for you. I've done the job for you and researched the most useful and viable scientific findings that will help you improve your self-discipline.

Not "how to build" but "how the author built"
Revisado: 08-06-18
I read the reviews and thought that this would be a short, action-oriented plan on how to resist temptations and reach my long term goals. All it contained was stories on the author's exploits with a lot of self-appreciation but not much in the subject on strategies on resisting temptation. What the author did was impressive, but I think this book was a vessel for the author to brag, not much else.
