The best is at the end, keep reading, keep on listening. I paused after chap 3 then I came back and finished it all. Best chap for me was chap 8, and the additional conversations, they give you the closing and connectedness needed.

If you are new at Data Management her DG ops proposal will give you the elements to start sawing your DG path.
