Loved this so much. I was shocked by his deep exploration of his thinking and education as he grew. He addresses much more important ideas than just “things” and chronological dates. Worth reading

How Maclean is able to address scientific information, human emotion, and historical events all at the same time AND make it fascinating and inspiring is beyond my understanding! I loved how we are taught about these young smoke jumpers and an old man running out of time all at the same time. I highly recommend this book!

The narrator sounds exactly as I imagined Amelia would sound! I enjoyed the energy and the various voices the narrator was able to create. Fantastic work! Fun read.
