I saw this book come up in my suggested list but it was nothing like books I had read before.
This story is filled with the hope we all have for children. That every single child has a past and does not let it define them but somehow finds a way to find themselves. To take the good and the bad out of their life and mold themselves in to.what they alome desire. To not give up hope and take in all the other people surrounding them, the environment around them, to focus on the positives the world gives every single one of us.

I love the narrator! She sounds just like every boarder I know! Her realistic tones when she tells stories of her negative thoughts as we horse owners do, makes me feel like my crazy thoughts are normal! Lol!
Going through horse ownership for the first time, i really appreciate her story!

Love when people stand up against extremist

Any form of extremist is dangerous. It's heartbreaking the evil that religion extremist does to human souls. I respect her story and her strength and sharing so much of what she believed in for 30 years and the heartbreak of betrayal.
