What do people enjoy about this series? The characters. You'll meet people you'll love like family and hate like your worst enemy. You'll experience their highs and lows, their triumphs and their failures. You'll find yourself invested in their survival because they could be you.

Yuh know, this book honestly hit almost every nerve I had. But overall I found myself falling for all of the characters in the storyline. Character development was great. Storyline was also great.

It’s kinda SO SO
Revisado: 04-05-24
I feel like there was little to no character development. I feel like rain absolutely never learned how to use a firearm properly. JJ and her family seemed to be the most prepared beside the old sniper lady. There are some chapters where it is all just dramatic and drawn out. When it comes to the chapters involving joy or happiness. It doesn’t last long compared to the long dramatic bad news filled chapters. I probably would not buy the series but might be worth a credit.

Historia
It was just a random mutation - one of a billion that happen in viruses every day. But this one was different. It exploded out of Somalia and spread across the oceans before anybody thought to look up from their cell phones to see what was going on. The infected breathed the virus into the air around them, spreading it through the cities faster than anyone thought possible. Hospitals were overwhelmed. Police lines crumbled. Quarantine sites disintegrated. Cities started to collapse.
