Historia
Since its first show in 2010, The Last Podcast on the Left has barreled headlong into all things horror, as hosts Henry Zebrowski, Ben Kissel, and Marcus Parks cover subjects spanning Jeffrey Dahmer, werewolves, Jonestown, and supernatural phenomena. In their first book, the guys take a deep dive into history’s most infamous serial killers, from Ted Bundy to John Wayne Gacy, exploring their origin stories, haunting habits, and perverse predilections.

Could have been a 5

The main narrator is great and insightful. However, the two "comedians" are wildly annoying. If you can block out their unfunny quips, it's a pretty good book.

Historia
Training people in sport as a coach or in fitness as a personal trainer is certainly rewarding work. But there's a problem: What do we do next? There are countless books on diet and exercise, hundreds of machines; devices; and gimmicks to train people, and new gadgets and gizmos are popping up with every passing day.

Awesome....as usual.

If you could sum up Can You Go? in three words, what would they be?
Minimalist, Simplicity, and Awesome.
Any additional comments?
Having gone to a Dan John seminar a few times, his work really resonates with my principles of physical fitness. Like all his other pieces, this is well written, easy to follow, and read by Dan himself. I would definitely encourage others to read this book.

Historia
The bestselling fitness book for men who want to gain 25-35 pounds of lean muscle and lose as much fat or more in just 3-5 hours per week—and without giving up delicious foods or doing grueling workouts. Is Bigger Leaner Stronger a body building book that can help you pack on brain-shrinking amounts of muscle in 30 days flat? No. Is it a fitness nutrition book full of dubious diet and exercise “hacks” and “shortcuts” for melting belly fat faster than a roided hornet? Absolutely not.

Bigger, Leaner, Stronger-Broken down Barney style!
Revisado: 04-08-13
What made the experience of listening to Bigger Leaner Stronger the most enjoyable?
If you want a no BS fitness book, this is the one you have been looking for. Mike Matthews breaks everything down into simple form, and makes everything easy to understand. Whether you are a novice or an expert, I think you will take something from this book.
You need to check out this book If you value your time as much as I do, and don't want to waste countless hours over-training for little gain.

Have you listened to any of Jeff Justus’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Any additional comments?
Not only is this book very simple to follow, but it's incredibly honest. The fitness industry is filled with people/companies trying to shove unnecessary products/services down our throats, and this book doesn't do ANY of that.
Moreover, Mike even goes above and beyond to point out things that we might have THOUGHT were legitimate, and are complete fallacies. If you're looking for a great fitness book, look no further.
