Historia
With less than a month left to prepare the Earth for what is about to happen, Silas must pull out all the stops to save as many people as possible. Of course, if one system wasn't bad enough, Earth has been declared a contested world. Now, it isn't just the Earth competing any longer but at least two systems trying to gain control of the Earth.

Good recap
Revisado: 02-24-25
At the start of the book, the author recaps all previous books in a separate but deliberate recap. So much better than trying to work in what's come before as the story progresses.

Historia
The world watches the sky with trepidation. The insanity of Xenocide knew no bounds, and all will soon suffer the effects he had planned for a millennium. Though none know what is to come, they all know it isn't going to be easy to survive. The Master has a plan, one that can give the world at large a way to escape the onrushing desolation. It may be on the bleeding edge of morality and what he needs might prove too difficult to secure, but the Master asks for trust. Cal and Dale both have their role to play as the world hurtles toward destruction.

New narrator is inferior
Revisado: 11-23-24
Better than nothing, but this new narrator lacks the variety of voices the previous one did. Terrible at female accents, too.

Historia
Civil war looms in the Bobiverse in this brand-new, epic-length adventure by Audible number one best seller Dennis E. Taylor. More than a hundred years ago, Bender set out for the stars and was never heard from again. There has been no trace of him despite numerous searches by his clone-mates. Now Bob is determined to organize an expedition to learn Bender’s fate - whatever the cost. But nothing is ever simple in the Bobiverse. Bob’s descendants are out to the 24th generation now, and replicative drift has produced individuals who can barely be considered Bobs anymore.

Best of the series so far
Revisado: 10-07-24
You kinda need to listen to / read the first three to understand a lot of the history of this book, but this book was amazing. I knew there was something we weren't being told. The author even tells us there's something we're not being told, but the story, I mean the mission, comes first. Also, Skippy is an asshole beer can.

Historia
Late Victorian London. When James Miller, the most respectable of Scottish businessmen, is pulled, dead, from the Thames, his daughter is drawn into an investigation which reveals a whole world of secrets and corruption. Alongside local detective Culley, Catriona’s search for her father’s killer leads all the way to the tragic truth behind the ghostly legend of The Darkwater Bride and the power of her deadly kiss. The Darkwater Bride combines the genres of the Victorian mystery thriller with the equally classic Victorian mode of the ghostly tale.

great cast, great story, good production
Revisado: 05-03-19
the cast did well with their parts. the only. negative has more to do with this style of reading. its better to think of it as an audio play than an audio book. a book has to describe what isn't said, has to describe the background more. with this audio play, characters whose dialogue would normally be presented in clear text, with a description stating the speaker was behind a door are actually placed behind a door to speak, making their audio unintelligible and not clarified later. it did not ruin my enjoyment, nor would it stop me from recommending this title.
