I absolutely loved this book. In fact, I am listening to it again. The content was spot on, and the author's writing had a great flow/rhythm. I am basically the same age as the author so the timing of this read/listen couldn't have come at a better time. I would highly recommend it to anyone of any age but especially those, like me, who are ready for the last 25 - 30 years of my life.

Amazing addition to my library.

This audio is the first method (including medication) that has truly helped me sleep. I have been battling a sleep disorder for decades. I have already recommended it to my friends and would highly recommend this audio to others suffering from sleep issues. It helped the first night...amazing results. Would have given it more stars if that option existed.
