Historia
Number one nationally best-selling author and political commentator Michael Knowles masterfully traces the history and effects of political correctness from the early 20th century to the present, revealing its insidious roots, exposing the power-hungry language architects behind its ever-growing control, and examining what this concerted manipulation of speech means for the future of American culture, politics, and minds.

Historia
Callie Perry is a successful family photographer living in upstate New York. She adores her two daughters, has great friends, and actually doesn't mind that her workaholic husband gets home at 9 p.m. every night-that is, when he's not traveling six months out of the year. Callie's younger sister, Steff, on the other hand, has never grown up. She's a free spirit, living in downtown Manhattan and bouncing between jobs and boyfriends. Lately, she's been working as a vegan chef, even though she can't cook.

A favorite!

I pulled Jane Green’s “Promises to Keep” down to listen to, not remembering that I had already read it in hard copy. I am so glad that I did! It is filled with rich warm moments and beautiful language. It reminded me to savor the small moments and trust that we can all get through the hard times, which is something that I needed to remember after 2021! I highly recommend this book
