Historia
Is it possible to know God? In this episode, the ancients come face-to-face with the ghosts of John Locke, David Hume, and Immanuel Kant. Just when the ghosts think they've won the philosophical and epistemological battle over knowledge, the ancients rise up, wielding epistemological swords of their own, exorcising the ghosts, along with their damning philosophies, to the scrap heap of history. I LOVED this episode because it confirms an intuition of mine that knowledge is not just a quoted by the scientific method and the mind, but also the heart. There is such things as understanding with the heart.

Powerful!

I love cultures and have done my share of studying ancient cultures. She now weaves it all into a single understandable reason and it gives it all so much meaning! I find myself amazed and grateful for my religious faith which is incredibly reflective of the ancient tradition. I just absolutely love it!

Historia
Janner, Tink, and Leeli Igiby, the Lost Jewels of Anniera, are hiding from Gnag the Nameless in the Green Hollows, one of the few places in the land of Aerwiar not overrun by the Fangs of Dang. But there's a big problem. Janner's little brother - heir to the throne of Anniera - has grown a tail. And gray fur. Not to mention two pointed ears and long, dangerous fangs. To the suspicious folk of the Green Hollows, he looks like a monster. But Janner knows better. His brother isn't as scary as he looks. He's perfectly harmless. Isn't he?
