Excellent scientific and philosophical case made for intelligent design being responsible for specified information in DNA and proteins. might not always be accessible to non scientists, but very well presented and very thorough.

I have listened to Dr. Greger's prior books, and I am stunned by how much new specific and actionable information is in this book. It's not just plant based diets ad nauseum (though that is still a primary conclusion), but many specific recommendations for specific preservation of function and for addressing specific pathways of aging. I highly recommend this book.

Great insights, but annoying mispronunciations

Fantastic geopolitical insights, but the narrator didn't bother to learn to pronounce Chinese names like Xi Jinping. (X is pronounced "sh" in Chinese Pinyin orthography, not the zhj sound found in the middle of "measure". Mandarin Chinese lacks that sound.) Cringe-inducing mispronunciations of Chinese names made this book hard to enjoy.

Apart from the mispronunciations, the analysis was a refreshing counterpoint to conventional geopolitical reasoning. I recommend listening to this book.

The narrative was great, but the narrator kept mispronouncing words and putting the emphasis on the wrong syllable in various terms. Mispronounced terms like "amigdala" and "cyclopamine" and "cnidarian" and several others grated my ears.

I certainly learned a lot about aging from this book, a lot of which I wasn't familiar with previously.

I listened to this book after listening to "Ultralearning", and I enjoyed it. The content was more comprehensive and covered things the other book missed, but wasn't as entertaining. I still recommend it.

If you are a self-teaching person who loves to continually learn and master things, this book will be useful for you. I'm already an auto-didactic person, and I still learned a lot of strategies and tricks. Highly recommended.
