There is absolutely nothing that I could write that could ever even begin do this book justice. Please, just do yourselves a favor and read this book—and then share it with every single person you know.

Jamie Varon has a way with words that will give you a new zest for life. I’ve followed her on Instagram for a while now and her posts alone have been so important to me that I send screenshots of them to my therapist all the time so that we can talk about them, because she words all my own thoughts 100000x better than I ever could. And yet, nothing has ever hit home over and over and over the way that Radically Content did. It had me saying “MMM” out loud every 10 seconds while I listened. It was so painstakingly relatable. I honestly felt like Jamie was in my head—pulling parts of me that I didn’t even know existed, out of the depths of my soul, showing them to me lovingly, and then holding my hand while we figured out what to do with them all. That said, guess who had their therapist go buy this book. lol

Radically Content is my new bible. I’ll be listening to it again and again and savoring every single word while I build my radically content dream life, brick by brick. Thank you, Jamie. Your words and perspective have honestly saved my life.
