Thank you Sufani for speaking to my soul by sharing this catalogue of your life. It feels so good to know I am not alone living between worlds. I love how Sufani found her passion by helping others and trusting in the process. Thank you for telling your stories even as a child - for being brave enough to share your truth. When she said “you can pretend, but you can’t deny it forever” I got chills because I remember the moment I stepped out of my own comfort zone and embraced who I truly am. I love Sufani’s voice and learned so much from her real life stories as a Shaman and Healer (in addition to what I have learned as her student). She reminded me it is ok to “let go” as a healer and ok to have “blah” days. She reminded me that self-nurturing and self care are crucial. I will listen to this book again and again as there are so many experiences she shares - so many gems and nuggets of wisdom. Sufani is such a powerful Shaman. She shares powerful stories and experiences that will blow your mind. Every chapter in this book is raw and real. Every chapter is a teacher. Every chapter is a healer. Thank you Sufani.
