I love that the book helps break down this topic into actionable steps and allows for you to really dig deep and get to know yourself and patterns better. But what I love the absolute best is that Cathy reads her own book into audio. I always feel that there is more magic in a book that is read by it's author and Cathy does not disappoint. Every word, every thought has her heart, soul and emotion behind it, holding your heart and your mind as you navigate through abundance. Thank you Cathy, for being bravely, unapologetically you!
