If you're looking for a comprehensive quick, and straightforward guide, then you have found it. I have excellently narrated and by far one of the best I've seen on the market. I must say it is worth every second and every penny for this brilliant audiobook.

There is so much information packed into the audiobook that it will keep you occupied for quite a while! It is written so that it is easy to understand even by people who have no idea about empathy. Aside from that, it provides useful tips on how to avoid predators and manipulative people out there! Highly recommend you have a listen!
