Historia
SEALs are notorious for telling riveting stories without a shred of emotion. There's a good reason for that. They've been trained to keep their emotions at bay-to be hard-so they can accomplish seemingly impossible missions. Rarely do you find a Navy SEAL who is willing to be vulnerable and share from the heart. Mark Greene is one of those SEALs. For years, he didn't understand how emotions played a part in decision-making. He had trained and worked under such extreme conditions that there was no room for subjectivity. Logic dominated his thoughts.

Uplifting from Beginning to End!

I encourage young aspiring leaders, as well as Senior leaders, to read this book and take heed to all the lessons learned. Mr. Greene does an excellent job of capturing vital lessons he has learned from an early age throughout his life thus far. I only wish I had this book to fall back on prior to my retirement in 2013.
Adapting to change (Careers / lifestyles) is never easy. Having a mentor or a credible person you trust to discuss the process is an invaluable asset that could save you an unimaginable amount of time and pain. This book is a must read.
