This is a book ABOUT Anthony Robbins ideas. It is not an Anthony Robbins book. Ideas are OK, but the whole time I felt a bit cheated. I'll be a better shopper next time.

Masterful story and narration!

I bought this audible book because I'm a fan of Mr. McCullough. He lets us see into his characters and weaves their lives into daily history as it takes place. We learn about the common people and their courage. Very inspiring listening.

Simple Ideas - Powerful if you listen!

Would you listen to How to Build Network Marketing Leaders again? Why?

Big Al presents foundational ideas on leadership. If you're looking for 'How To's' you will be disappointed. (Don't you just hate it when somebody says it is not about the 'How To's'?) Leadership is about who you are and the decisions you have made. Read (listen) to it until you get it. It took me a couple of times. No this not some metaphysical crap. It is about changing how you think about leadership.

Magnificent and wonderfully told story.

Even though as a pilot and flight instructor who has been in aviation for over 40 years, I had never heard this amazing story ever told with such detail. It has left me in awe and profound respect for what the Wright's truly did for aviation. I can't recommend this book enough. If you love history this book is for you. If you love aviation this book must be in your library.

How To Be A 21st Century Entrepreneur

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. This is an up-to-date foundational book on 21st century entrepreneurialism. At first I thought this was just another how to make money on the internet vomitus, and I almost didn't finish reading it. What I pleasantly discovered is how the world of commerce and being an entrepreneur have changed with technology. This is an excellent business book for anyone who has an idea or passion for something and wonders if there might just be a way to make money, preserve your values, and discover freedom along the way.

Get it. Listen to it two times and then just when you think you get it - listen to it a third time. Technology today is measured by speed but it still takes us humans time to learn.

Network Marketing Is Changing - Thank God!

Would you consider the audio edition of 100% Confidence to be better than the print version?

Network Marketing developed from the Direct Sales industry which relied upon recruiting super star sales people. Though it is played it down the underlying philosophy of the industry has always emphasized the "lottery" mentality of finding the next super star. This has resulted in Network Marketing having a well deserved reputation for an extremely high failure rate. Ed correctly identifies the type of people who are actually drawn to Network Marketing as - Intrapreneurs. These are people who are adverse to risk and who are looking for "success systems" where they can apply their time, money, and effort to create the same kind of financial freedom that true Entrepreneurs create for themselves. Ed's proposition is that the market has changed and Network Marketing is changing to attract the Intrapreneur rather than Sales Entrepreneurs. This requires that the industry must learn to focus on helping people develop skill competency and confidence rather than have the shear power of will power and positive thinking that has been so prevalent in the industry. Before new recruits where told to find their "Why" and focus on their dreams as a means to be motivated to take action. Ed's premise is very few people have the ability to be truly self-motivated in the Entrepreneurial spirit. Instead new people need to have knowledge, develop proper attitudes, and build their skills. He suggests that the key to this is learning to "Coach For Confidence". This happens when people develop competence, test it, and then practice. The result is confidence which releases the power of motivation to take action. Bottom line: everyone has the capability to learn and succeed, not just the super sales Entrepreneurial types. I love this book.

Learn How To Coach For Competence & Confidence

If you could sum up How to Coach for 100% Confidence in three words, what would they be?

Best book I've ever read on Coaching in Network Marketing.

Most books on Coaching are about performance Coaching. Ed shows you how to Coach for competence and confidence. When a Coach helps someone tap into knowing they are competent it significantly improves their confidence which then release some powerful emotions. Most media focuses on the great Coaches who take people who are already very proficient and helps them become a Champion. Coaching for competence starts at the other end of the spectrum about how to help people develop the basic skills they need to become proficient in network marketing. This book is a real eye-opener. I highly recommend it.

What did you love best about Midas Touch?

This is some great stuff from guys who have traveled the Entrepreneurial road. It isn't always pretty and it is never easy - but they'll tell you that it is worth it. I loved this book.
