The speaker does speak a bit fast, but there’s a speed control, if it’s a problem, just slow it down. The information is solid and lines up with all of the other experts information in this area. I found it to be very useful, and they conciseness of the book makes it easy to learn in one day. Although multiple listens might be necessary, I got an overview very quickly.
