Exactly what I wanted from a litrpg style book. Action and solid progress, doesn't slog down at any point, vibrant world building, and solid investment in the potential of the characters. Great setup for the next book with a solid ending. Sure i wish it was longer but im looking forward to the next book!

Good pacing leads to a satisfying ending!

Overall surprised a sub 10hr book was worth my time. Narrator is spot on and the story doesn't slog down at any point. Ending was satisfyingly brutal yet still set up nicely for the next book. I'll be starting the second book asap!
