Family! Remembering the parents’ story!

I couldn’t love this book more! Yes this book stands alone but it’s Sooo much better after having read all the masters and mercenaries books and knowing all the relationships and kids and families! I couldn’t stop laughing or smiling or saying out loud.. I love your parents book!

Almost Too Good!

As expected, this story is just perfection as are all the masters and mercenaries books and all spin offs and all novellas. If you’re new to this series please go back and read from the beginning and feel how beautiful the kids stories are based on the parents struggles! I just love them all! Thank you Lexi Blake for another amazing adventure! Please don’t stop! Ever.

Narration is chefs kiss!

Joe Arden.. I love you. Because of his narration, this book is in my top five romance books of all time. The story is also great. Maximo and Joey are just delightful! I laughed so much during this book. So glad I found the Chicago ruthless series.

This book had everything I love in a dark romance! I loved everything. I bought the whole story and their chemistry was off the chain. I love love Dante. And I have a feeling I’m gonna cry more than Lorenzo when Anya dies! I love Joey and Maximo! I’m reading that one next! Bravo! Very straight forward! Very little misunderstandings and zero stupidity from Kat. So glad I took a chance on this book.

Not Ryan West fault! The story was just crap all by itself.

Seriously, disappointed in this book. It was long awaited, and I thought Maestro story was going to be wonderful. But from the beginning this book was not of the same quality as previous torpedo in books. Really disappointed. I was so excited when I heard that Ryan West was going to be reading the book, he is one of my favorite men Performers for audible. But even his voice could not pull this book out of the depths of mediocrity and total disbelief that it didn’t make any sense. Shame on you, Christine for putting this out there and making me dislike my torpedo Inc. crew. I’m going back and Reading savages book again, back when I couldn’t get enough of the torpedo in crew.

Loved the story and the revisit of all the families! Love kitty Bang as usual but unfortunately the two male readers were not good. They often put punctuation in the wrong places like they were reading for the first time. And many times I couldn’t tell the men from eachother. Don’t let the male voice keep you from listening to this book though. I loved it! And kitty helped when she read the male voices too. Now I have to go back and read the Texas Sirens series again until the next one in this legacy series comes out.

Bravo!
Even though I knew who the bad guy was from the beginning.. the writing and the story is still good enough that I couldn’t put it down! Another great start to a series and it was great revisiting all my old loves from previous series! Thank you for that.
