Historia
When a fiendish fraudster has been fomenting financial falsehoods, who can find the finagler? The World’s Greatest Detective Agency, of course! Staffed by the eccentric man who calls himself Sherman Holmes and aided by his ever-composed assistant Watson, the duo will take on cases other agencies might consider helpless, hopeless, or downright preposterous. Which is how our fearless fellows find themselves investigating a Renaissance faire’s cooked books, with the finger of guilt pointing directly at their client.

The plot
Revisado: 01-31-24
It’s the third book in series. So if you stumble upon it best to start from beginning to get grasp of it.
Wow the first book is obviously the best written. Second was good. Third same. But what a collection if you are an avid sir Doyle fan and all the original Sherlock Holmes books. 10-10

Historia
Early one morning as Boston's only investigator is returning home from solving another peculiar case, he has the displeasure of witnessing a spectacularly horrible show outside his front door: a massive aircraft, carrying over one hundred souls, exploding in midair over the harbor. Almost immediately, the Human Surplus League takes credit for the heinous act of terrorism. But "Reluctant Flynn" isn't so easily convinced, unlike his partner and governmental counterparts.

Historia
The acidly funny first book starring the subversive sleuth in one of the most successful mystery series of all time. Fletch is an investigative reporter whose methods are a little unorthodox. Currently he's living on the beach. He's taking more than a little flak from his editor. She doesn't appreciate his style. Or the expense account items he's racking up. Or his definition of the word "deadline". Or the divorce lawyers who keep showing up at the office. So when multimillionaire Alan Stanwyk offers Fletch the job of a lifetime, which could be worth a fortune, he's intrigued.

If you have read all of the holms books you might not be into it
Revisado: 09-07-22
Now this was the best book I have listened to. It was like watching a movie just no vision. Many actors and sounds. Most books are one guy and blab compared to this. For that aspect I give it ten stars. Wish more was like that.
But. At first I thought ya two sides to every story but how they ply Sherlock as evil and works for the crown. Him and the Dr. Not on good terms. Didn’t like it. Should have stuck more with the original plots and twisted off of that. Feels like they have undermined sir Conan Doyle and all he has done. He wrote some of the best serious of the early 1900’s created the best fictional character definitely in the detective genre. To play him as evil and just a pawn to the crown. Don’t think sir Doyle would have agreed. If your a true Sherlock fan have a go and tell me what you think.

Empire of the Summer Moon spans two astonishing stories. The first traces the rise and fall of the Comanches, the most powerful Indian tribe in American history. The second entails one of the most remarkable narratives ever to come out of the Old West: the epic saga of the pioneer woman Cynthia Ann Parker and her mixed-blood son, Quanah, who became the last and greatest chief of the Comanches.
