I read the book and loved it! Everything I want and love in a friends to lovers book with a dash of kink.
Zayyden is in Love with his straight best friend, with a secret kink. Dare is always there for Z and i loved watching their relationship grow into something more.

DNF: I just couldn’t finish the audio version which is disappointing and I feel bad. I just could t take the narrative voice especially when it came to Zayden.

Both narrators did an amazing job bringing
this book to life.
I’ve never read anything from this author and never read a book like this. I usually don’t like slow burn I usually get bored and frustrated. I did not want to put this book down! I was interested from page one. I loved the two characters, they become friends first, it did take a while for them to get together. Right when I was starting to get restless they finally admitted wanting each other. This book was amazing keeps you interested the entire way, I do wish it was longer since the first 74% of the book is built up to then coming together. I feel there wasn’t enough of them as a couple. But there is a second book out and I can’t wait to see where there story takes them.

Loved this one just as much as the first one. Fun, sexy, sweet! Daddy Nate and Jem were perfect for each other, and of course loved all the sexy lace. Was very excited for the audiobook, but didn’t like the narration too much. Loved the book when I read, didn’t want to put it down, but found the audio hard to stay interested in.

Hilarious, sexy and fun! Loved this book, always down for friends to lovers book. I liked the fake boyfriend troupe thrown in with the best friends. What I liked most about this was Declan wasn’t depressingly always in live with his straight beat friend (that always breaks my heart). They’re been best friends for over a decade each having their own live life and shit (no secretly pinning for each other) when one day they’re getting coffee and run into Heaths ex who cheated on him and now is engaged so he makes up the lie that he’s dating his best friend. After she put them in fb and their family gets involved they decide to fake date but eventually things heat up and they become more. Definitely recommend this book and am looking forward to not only more in the series but for them to come out on audio.

Student/teacher isn’t my usual go to. I have nothing against it, just isn’t my favorite troupe. I was hesitant when I realized this was teacher and high school student (18yrs), and even more hesitant when I realized that this was going to take place while Kyle was still in night school and James was his teacher.
But since this is by Devon McCormack, insta-buy. All I can say is..wow. Absolutely loved it. The way the characters and their relationship develop is done so well. This isn’t just some student and teacher lusting after each other, their relationship starts and student and teacher, then goes to friends and eventually lovers. Both MCs have issues they are dealing with and I loved watching them grow as a person along with their relationship with each other.
I found this to be a beautiful story of two ppl falling in love and overcoming their past. This is a little angsty but not to bad, and like always Micheal Dean did an amazing job narrating.
100% recommend!

Never read anything like it!

Omg loved it soooooo much! This was not like any shifter book I’ve read before, K.A. Merikan never disappoints. One banished wolf shift and a fox “changeling” come together ♥️🐺🦊. There first meeting doesn’t go well, but they come together to well. I don’t want to say too much, highly recommend reading/listening to this one. Wyatt Baker does an amazing job... like always 🥰.

First time listening to this narrator, he did a great job.

Best friends, double GFY, fake boyfriends - I’m so in! This was cute kind slow burn, which I’m not the biggest fan of. To get out of the pressure of dating a girl that’s has her eye on Cade, he blurts our that he’s dating Elias (his best friend). One night after pretending be boyfriends they are extremely drunk and “stuff” happens between then when they get home. After they kinda freak out and start thinking what if they were to take it farther and possibly date for real. Takes Cade a little longer to come around, but they do get their happy ending.

Eh, found this one hard to stay interested in. I was excited reading the blurb plus I loved the first two. I really wasn’t feeling either if the main characters. Fabian hates all things hockey, I didn’t like his attitude towards Ryan’s job. Had to force myself to finish it. Maybe if I read it instead of listening it would have made a difference? Idk. Still looking forward for the next in series.

All around love it

Only complaint is it was too short! Ned is adorable and I love the need/ altered trope! Just like all the other books in this series, I loved it. This is the only series Ive read from this author and I think it’s about time I finally start some of the others. And of course goes with our day.. Micheal Dean did an amazing job narrating, he is definitely one of my favorite narrators. If I’m on the fence on weather I should read/listen to a book and he is the narrator - makes it an automatic yes for me.
