If you have autoimmune disease, live with terrible fatigue, constant pain, and you need to take back your health, then you're going to want to hear Heidi's story. Many of us are told: But you don't look sick, or Get up, you're being lazy. Or perhaps dismissed - as I was - with: Come back when you're worse and I'll put you on steroids. Fortunately, there are better solutions available!

Very truthful and tells it directly from the position of the person with the immune disorder especially lupus. But failed to mention the hereditary side of the disease and importance of making sure your practitioner has a complete family health history. My grandmother had immune issues she died from and 7 others in my generation have a variety of immune disorders. But useful when your tired of telling your story to others and watching them disassociate from you. Just have them listen to this instead. Worked for me. Even made my pcp read it.!
