This audio book is semi wabi sabi. The way author guides you is more like proposing another hosting chic to be Instagram-able. Wabi Sabi is to appreciate nature and aging, and be humble but in subtle way seeing the beauty.

Throughout the pandemic, I have had ideas about making another source of income. Property management came to mind and I started to look for any information I had could find to help me understand what it all entailed. I found a lot of useful information in "Rental Properties Managing". It helped me answer some questions, that helped me determine if this was the right course for me. I liked the detailed list of ways to increase the property value so that I would possibly get more income from the rental. Most of the ideas were common knowledge, but others I hadn't thought about and know I would have liked them when I was a tenant. The other point the author made was how to handle a tenant that was in breach of an agreement. This is what I was most interested in because on my pros and cons list on property management, this is my number one con. All in all, I think this book was a good read for those thinking of pursuing property management as a way to bring income into their lives and I would recommend it for beginners like me who had little knowledge and understanding of this market.
