This is a terrific intro into the Keto Diet for Beginners:. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious. It would be nice to have more pictures of the recipes, but even without them I love this book and am glad I bought it.
