Change Maker is a Game Changer
Revisado: 07-18-20
I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach and I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 12 years. I took PN’s level 2 course and it changed my perspective on coaching completely. Intrigued with the level of introspection is was forcing me to do, I decided to purchase Change Maker to see what else John Bernardo had to say.
I’m still working through the book, but I’m beginning to view the fitness industry in a whole new light. The main thing I’ve taken away so far is that not everyone that’s passionate about fitness and health has to go into coaching. There are so many jobs out there and it’s important that discover your superpowers and special skills and look for work (or create work) that aligns with them. Not only will those discoveries make you more in tune with who you are as a person, it might also highlight the type of work that will give you the most fulfillment in life.
I’m really looking forward to all other nuggets of information I hope to get as I continue listening!

Historia
In An Uncivil War, Washington Post journalist Greg Sargent vividly lifts the curtain on the nightmare dynamic that is transforming American politics into little more than a naked power struggle. Yet An Uncivil War is not only a thorough dissection of an ultimately immoral system, but a handbook for turning that around by restoring authentic democracy. Given the incredibly high stakes in 2018 and 2020, Sargent’s book could not be more essential.
