Historia
Chandler Cohen has never felt more like the ghost in "ghostwriter" until she attends a signing for a book she wrote—and the author doesn’t even recognize her. The evening turns more promising when she meets a charming man at the bar and immediately connects with him. But when all their sexual tension culminates in a spectacularly awkward hookup, she decides this is one night better off forgotten. Unfortunately, that’s easier said than done.

loved it!
Revisado: 04-15-24
This is a great book, probably my favorite from Rachel Lynn Solomon. Deeply relatable millennial characters, Finn is a big cinnamon and very loveable. RLS tackles a rough topic seldom discussed in the romance genre- or any genre- and executes it flawlessly. Huge thumbs up

ummmm WOW
Revisado: 02-14-24
Oh my LOL. I didn't know what I was getting myself into with Butcher and Blackbird. It was definitely different than any other friends to lovers romance I've read. This book is dark, gritty, funny, scary, and super steamy. It does contain course language and some scenes meant for "mature" audience so be aware before reading.

Twenty-year-old Violet Sorrengail was supposed to enter the Scribe Quadrant, living a quiet life among books and history. Now, the commanding general—also known as her tough-as-talons mother—has ordered Violet to join the hundreds of candidates striving to become the elite of Navarre: dragon riders. But when you’re smaller than everyone else and your body is brittle, death is only a heartbeat away...because dragons don’t bond to “fragile” humans. They incinerate them.

overhyped but good
Revisado: 10-17-23
While I do think Fourth Wing is extremely overhyped- I did ultimately enjoy the story. Overall the writing reads like YA with steam and the world building is all over the place. However, once I hit Chapter 22 the story took off and sucked me in. I nearly DNFd it though, or I would have rated it higher. If you're looking for the next Hunger Games, Divergent, or Game of Thrones- this isn't it- though the story attempts to draw elements from them. It is an easy read though and would have benefited from some editing. The narrators tend a great job and the ending was really good

Love Amy Daws
Revisado: 04-30-23
3.5 rounded up to 4. This wasn't my favorite Amy Daws book, there were a few things that didn't work for me- primarily the constant rehashing of the past and part of the third act conflict- Santino made things more complicated than they needed to be. But there were some really good and engaging parts and sweet scenes. I also liked following Mac and Freya and getting a sneak peak of Sweeper. The narration was good
