well written but no action

Very well written. Author is well versed and prolific. Writing is reminiscent of Tolkien's hyperdescriptive scenarios.
Except no action!
Think Little House on the Prarie with occasional sex scenes. Hopeful that Books 3+ will have some fighting. Will try to update.

Overall very good. Really enjoyed the narrator performance. She did all the voices and mods very well. Worth reading, and you'll keep reading.

Good story. Scrappy male reader and post production.

Good story, although several mild continuity problems and plot holes.
Male speaker extremely monotone and improper pauses. Almost couldn't finish first book.
Post production sloppy especially in the latter books where the volume of male and female voices completely different volumes.

Not their best, but Definitely worth the read.

Great idea and story line. Narrator is good, but a little William Shatner ish, but much better than most in this genre.
PLEASE, Misty Vixen --- Take a day and talk with people that know about guns and combat! Not everyone knows everything. Let a combat vet or a redneck hunter critique your writings.
Overall WELL worth the read and the price

The male performer sounded like a bad William Shatner imitation.
"I've... got to... go... down by the... lake to... get something."
Female performer was great.
Story and plot above average.

Great continuation of the series. Audio meh.

Great new installment in a great series. Male performance still just as bad, but tolerable. Female Great.
Still the same minor problems with obvious lack of knowledge about medical and general hunting / shooting techniques, but plot and storytelling overcomes the mild factual mistakes.

Very excellent story, but the reader...

Interesting plot. Very good character development and plot. Very intriguing.
Male reader very bad. Poor inflections. Pauses at all the wrong places. Very hard to get used to.
Written well enough that I can push through to read on. On book three now. Still going well.

Original idea. Good mix of story and adult content

Finished book 6. Starting book seven.
Very original idea with nice story building. Good character building. Good foreshadowing,. Enough to follow but not so much to make it too obvious.
Continually brings in new ideas, characters, and sub plots without it seeming like shark jumping.

Good mixture of plot, action, with a fair amount of adult content.
Narrator was perfect for this series. Nicely done.

Good followup. Needs to hurry up with book three. The story line became a tad thin as he tried to add characters almost like jumping a shark he didn't need to jump.
Hope the finale is soon.
