Stories felt fluid and I enjoyed the personality of the characters. The magical aspects were interesting and it was great hearing from the author after each book. Thanks for the story.

Good story

The story is good and I enjoyed it. I still struggled with this reader especially at first. Although I’m not sure if the reader got better as it went along or if I just got used to her after 2 books because she stopped annoying me as much as in the first book. The good story did a lot to override it, without a doubt.

Good story, iffy reader

I enjoyed the story but almost stopped listening to it because of the reader. I was constantly hearing points where she sounded like an auto reader. Some of the time she seemed to have some good feeling in it but most of the time it was a struggle to handle how she read it. There would be weird pauses in the middle of a sentence that sounded off for what a character was saying. Such as “You know what this means [bigger than necessary pause] Joy…” It was like her name was a completely different sentence from the first when you could tell it was meant to be part of the same sentence. The reader really made it harder to get through. I am not a fan of switching readers for series books but if she doesn’t improve in the next ones I’m really going to wish they would’ve. But the story is interesting so still worth a listen if you can stand the reader.

Great but Needed a Singer

This story is great! Well planned and explains the origin of a fair share of things. The biggest flaw is that they needed a singer for the singing parts. Either a narrator that sings or just having a girl to sing those parts. Other than those parts the narrator did well. There’s one background aspect that I wish it touched on but I don’t want to do any spoilers so I won’t get into that. But really it was great to get some background on Snow.

I don’t suppose you could take writing steroids or something so that you could write faster than I can read. I didn’t think you could make me want the next book more than you have with the previous ones, but then you wrote this book. Can’t wait!

I don’t always write reviews but just wanted to say that I appreciate your story. I found the world intriguing and the characters relatable.

I immediately looked for other series you wrote especially focused on the Darkworld. I was happy to have found The Angel Trials and will be reading that next.

As a truck driver I often have the need to keep my mind active and alert. That said, I’d like to thank you for your efforts in keeping me alive and safe. There’s the positive... the negative is that I don’t have the next book...

Why is there only one more book on audible?

When will we see the rest? Being as the last release on audible was in 2017 and the 7 book series is available on kindle?

How can I get the rest of the bucks to get released on audible? It’s 2021... what is keeping this collection from audible?

Kindle dictation just isn’t the same...
