Historia
Starting in 1997, Bob Chapman and Barry-Wehmiller pioneered a dramatically different approach to leadership that creates off-the-charts morale, loyalty, creativity, and business performance. The company utterly rejects the idea that employees are simply functions to be moved around, "managed" with carrots and sticks, or discarded at will. Instead Barry-Wehmiller manifests the reality that every single person matters, just like in a family. That's not a cliché on a mission statement; it's the bedrock of the company's success.

Better Businesses are Built Backwards!
Revisado: 03-05-25
This book is phenomenal. Chapman’s story is packed with insights that helped me see leadership anew. Woven with real stories, the book outlines Chapman’s efforts to build a business that define’s success by the impact they make on their people, not by profit. I hope to emulate Bob’s way of putting his values into immediate practice when presented with dilemmas. Grateful for the man who recommended this book to me.

He’s great with words. This book has 1,000 catch-phrases you could use to rewrite your mental script.
I don’t know who is in charge of getting this guy to blow up and get more recognition, but someone make it happen!

Moving in its entirety.

I cannot express how significant this book has been for me. Any one from any background, who takes time to walk this long path with Eknath, will be transformed in some measure. The author is a masterful teacher with great imagery and cutting discriminations of the human experience. I will absolutely be enjoying this again.

Phenomenal messages from beyond life.
Revisado: 02-18-22
I don’t know if the author’s death made me more focused or more intent as a listener, but this book moved me. In fairness, I really loved It Takes What It Takes as well, but this book was more gripping. Knowing that he worked on this book with a clean understanding of his prognosis showed that he really cared about passing his process on. The fact that Russell Wilson recorded this for his deceased friend was another moving gesture. The content and messages are already applicable to changing your mindset, so coupling that with the weight of a man’s last message, you get an incredible book.
